Institutional State
A named pattern of organizational friction. Principal Resolution has identified and mapped twelve institutional states — from Last Leg to Unlit Room. Each state has a diagnostic signature, a cost profile, and a resolution architecture. The diagnostic doesn't invent the state. It names what's already there.
